What is Redcon1’s Subscribe & Save Service?

Redcon1’s Subscribe & Save allows customers to set up regularly scheduled deliveries and unlock savings with Subscribe & Save.

 

Benefits include:

Automatic deliveries of your favorite items.

Save up to 20% based on the current price of the product shown on the Redcon1 Website.

Skip or cancel anytime by visiting the Manage Subscription tab.

 

How do I start a subscription?

Select "Subscribe & Save" on the product page for many of the eligible products.

Select the quantity and schedule that works for you, from weekly to monthly.

Skip your deliveries or cancel your subscriptions at any time by visiting ‘Manage Subscription’ located in the top right corner of the Redcon1 website.

In advance of each delivery, we will send you a reminder email showing the item price and flavor for your upcoming delivery. The price of the item may decrease or increase from delivery to delivery, depending on the Redcon1.com price of the item at the time we process your order.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Subscriptions to the Subscribe & Save are automatically renewed and billed on the same date that you originally subscribed. If you cancel before that date, you will not be billed and your subscription will end. If you cancel on or after the date that you originally subscribed, you will be billed for that deliver and that delivery will be the last delivery of your membership. Subscriptions and access to the Redcon1 Subscribe & Save are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.

 

When will my subscription renew?

Like any other subscription-based membership, you will continue to be billed unless you cancel. Please see our Cancellation Terms for more details on how to cancel your subscription.

 

How to change your Subscribe & Save delivery schedule or quantity?

You can change the frequency, the week or month you want to receive your next delivery, or the quantity of items by:

 

Clicking on the “Account” tab on the top right side of your screen, next to the Redcon1 phone number

Clicking on the “Manage Subscription” tab on the ride side of the screen under “Account Details”

Clicking on the “Manage” tab and selecting the change that you wish to make.

Can I use a discount code?

No! Redcon1 Subscribe & Save products automatically have 20% taken off the current price of the products chosen for each subscription and cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.

 

Why did the price of my item change?

Subscribe & Save does not work on a price lockdown model. This means that if the price of the item on your Subscribe and Save list changes after you subscribe, your upcoming order will not change in price, but all subsequent orders will reflect the new price.

 

How does a subscription work?

Signing up for the Redcon1 Subscribe & Save subscription means that you will be charged on the date depending on the frequency that you select. For example, if you select to have Total War® delivered to you every month, you will be billed on the same day of the month that you originally subscribed. If you select to have Total War® delivered every week, you will be billed on the same day of the week that you originally selected. You can cancel or edit this subscription at any time by visiting the Manage Subscription page. You will be automatically charged, until you cancel your subscription.

 

Can I transfer my membership to my friend?

No. Access to the Redcon1 Subscribe & save is exclusive to the person who subscribed to access the site. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. However, you cannot transfer your subscription to another person.

 

Can I resell Products and Apparel that I purchase through my Redcon1 subscription?

No! If you are caught selling, or attempting to sell, any of the Products purchased through the Redcon1 Subscribe & Save your membership will be revoked and you will be placed on a no-sell list.

 

I have a new e-mail address what do I do?

The e-mail address that you enter when you subscribe to the Redcon1 Subscribe & Save is the e-mail that we use to communicate with you, notify you of upcoming releases and exclusive deals, and send receipts. If you delete or change the e-mail account linked to your Redcon1 subscription, please email cs@redcon1.com to update your email address.

 

Is Subscribe & Save available to countries outside of the United States?

No, Subscribe & Save is only open to those living in the United States.

 

I moved; how do I update my address for shipments?

If you need to update your shipping address, please login to your account and update your address by simply:

 

Clicking on the “Account” tab on the top right side of your screen, next to the Redcon1 phone number

Clicking on the “Manage Subscription” tab on the ride side of the screen under “Account Details”

Clicking on the “Manage” tab and select “Update Address” on the drop- down menu.

My credit card expired or changed; how do I update my credit card information?

Because the Redcon1 Subscribe & Save is an automatic reoccurring subscription, it is important to keep your credit card information up to date. If you need to update your credit card information, please login to your account and update your billing information by simply:

 

Clicking on the “Account” tab on the top right side of your screen, next to the Redcon1 phone number

Clicking on the “Manage Subscription” tab on the ride side of the screen under “Account Details”

Clicking on the “Manage” tab and select “View/Update Card” on the drop- down menu.

How do I cancel my subscription membership?

You can log into your Redcon1 account using your customer login information to cancel at any time. Once you have logged into your account, simply:

Clicking on the “Manage Subscription” tab on the ride side of the screen under “Account Details”

Clicking on the “Manage” tab and select “Cancel Order” on the drop down menu.

Do I automatically receive Products each month?

By subscribing to the Redcon1 Alpha TeamTM you will gain VIP access to shop exclusive products and apparel, early access to deals and releases, and dedicated customer service. The Redcon1 Alpha TeamTM is not a “box” subscription and you will not receive a monthly shipment of products.
