Redcon1’s Black Friday Promotion will include up to 33% off the entire site - excluding stacks. We will not be honoring any other discounts higher than 33% off unless otherwise specified. We also will not be honoring the use of Gift Cards or Checkpoint Vouchers as a payment option during the Black Friday Promotion.

There will also be new products releasing at the start of the promotion and these products will be eligible for discounts.

I placed more than one order, can I combine them?

If you placed more than one order we are unfortunately unable to combine these or refund shipping charges.

When will I receive my order?

We know you’re anxious to receive your order. We’re anticipating an EXTREMELY high volume of orders being placed during Black Friday Weekend and we’ll be working 24/7 until each and every order is shipped out. However, we’re still only human and we please ask for your patience during this very busy time.

That said, our goal is to dispatch orders on a first in first out basis, meaning they will go out in the same order they come in. However, due to warehouse processes, we’re not always able to do this. There’s a chance that if you place multiple orders during our Black Friday Promotion the oldest order may not be dispatched first.

Please allow 3-5 Working Days for your order to leave our warehouse. Once shipped normal courier delivery times apply. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Product Availability 

Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and the order is confirmed.

We are unable to make any changes to orders once they have been placed, this includes adding or changing items, delivery & shipping addresses, and the shipping method.

Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages. If this is the case, your package could be despatched on different working days. You will receive an email notifying you of any changes to your order as well as tracking information.

If an item(s) you have ordered goes out of stock, the item(s) will be refunded, and any remaining item(s) will be dispatched. You will be notified via email of any changes to your order(s).

Payment Options

Our usual forms of payment will be available during our Black Friday Promotion, including Sezzle. The use of Gift Cards or Checkpoint Vouchers will not be honored during the Black Friday Promotion.

Gift Cards are available for purchase during the Black Friday Promotion but will not be offered at the discounted rate.
